本政策說明 MyHmap Android 應用程式（套件名稱
com.chaohuang.myhmap）如何處理使用者資料。MyHmap 是用於登山 GPS
軌跡記錄、離線地圖與 GPX 參考路線的工具。
2. 儲存在裝置上的資料
使用相關功能時，App 可能在裝置的私人儲存空間保存：
- GPS 座標、定位時間、精度、海拔、速度與軌跡點；
- 登山時間、距離、累積爬升與下降等行程統計；
- 使用者匯入的 GPX 路線及下載的離線地圖；
- 語音提醒、定位模式、語言等 App 偏好設定。
這些資料不會由 MyHmap 自動上傳至開發者帳號或自有雲端。Android 的裝置直接轉移功能可能依系統設定移轉部分 App 資料；GPS 軌跡不加入 Android 雲端備份。
3. 權限用途
- 精確與概略位置：記錄登山軌跡、顯示目前位置及監測是否偏離選定路線。
- 前景服務與通知：在關閉螢幕或切換 App 後持續執行由使用者主動開始的登山記錄，並顯示持續通知。
- 身體活動：選用權限，只在 GPS 暫時中斷時以步數輔助估算移動距離。
- 相機：只用於控制手電筒發出 SOS 閃光，不會拍攝、保存或傳送照片與影片。
4. 網路連線與第三方服務
使用下列功能時，裝置會與相關服務建立網路連線：
- 地圖顯示與離線下載會向 MyHmap 設定的 OpenMapTiles 圖磚服務要求所需範圍；
- 地點搜尋會將使用者輸入的搜尋文字送至 MyHmap 設定的 Nominatim 地理編碼服務；
- 從網址匯入 GPX 時，App 會連線至使用者指定的 HTTPS 網址；
- 使用「分享位置」時，可由使用者選擇其他 App，並包含 Google Maps 座標連結。
網路服務通常可取得 IP 位址、請求時間、User-Agent 與所要求的資源等標準伺服器紀錄。 MyHmap 不會將這些資料用於廣告或跨服務追蹤。第三方網站的資料處理由其各自政策規範。
5. 分享與匯出
只有在使用者主動選擇匯出 GPX、分享座標或將檔案交給其他 App 時，資料才會傳送至使用者選定的目的地。 MyHmap 不會在背景自動分享登山軌跡。
6. 保存與刪除
登山紀錄、GPX 路線與離線地圖會保留在裝置上，直到使用者在 App 中刪除或解除安裝 App。 MyHmap 沒有帳號系統，因此不需要另外提出線上帳號刪除申請。
7. 兒童隱私
MyHmap 是一般登山工具，不以兒童為主要對象，也不會故意蒐集兒童的個人資料。
8. 資料安全
App 的外部服務連線使用 HTTPS；離線地圖載入使用裝置內部的 loopback 連線。 沒有任何儲存或傳輸方式能保證絕對安全，使用者仍應保護裝置及匯出的軌跡檔案。
9. 安全聲明
手機定位、電量、網路及地圖資料都可能失效。MyHmap 不能取代正式登山地圖、離線備援、行程留守或緊急通訊設備。

1. Scope
This policy explains how the MyHmap Android application (package
com.chaohuang.myhmap) handles user data. MyHmap is a tool for hiking GPS
track recording, offline maps, and GPX reference routes.
2. Data stored on the device
When relevant features are used, the app may store the following in its private device storage:
- GPS coordinates, timestamps, accuracy, elevation, speed, and track points;
- trip statistics such as duration, distance, elevation gain, and elevation loss;
- GPX routes imported by the user and downloaded offline maps; and
- app preferences such as voice alerts, location mode, and language.
MyHmap does not automatically upload this data to a developer account or developer-operated cloud. Android device-to-device transfer may move some app data depending on system settings. GPS tracks are excluded from Android cloud backup.
3. Permission use
- Precise and approximate location: to record hiking tracks, show the current location, and monitor deviation from a selected route.
- Foreground service and notifications: to continue a user-initiated hike recording while the screen is off or another app is open, with a persistent notification.
- Physical activity: optional; used to estimate movement from steps during temporary GPS loss.
- Camera: used only to control the flashlight for SOS signaling. MyHmap does not capture, store, or transmit photos or video.
4. Network connections and third-party services
- Map viewing and offline downloads request required areas from the configured MyHmap OpenMapTiles service.
- Place searches send the user's search text to the configured MyHmap Nominatim geocoding service.
- Importing GPX from a URL connects to the HTTPS address supplied by the user.
- Location sharing lets the user choose another app and may include a Google Maps coordinate link.
Network services can ordinarily receive standard server-log information such as IP address, request time, User-Agent, and requested resource. MyHmap does not use this information for advertising or cross-service tracking. Third-party websites process data under their own policies.
5. Sharing and export
Data is sent to another destination only when the user explicitly exports a GPX file, shares coordinates, or hands a file to another app. MyHmap does not automatically share hiking tracks in the background.
6. Retention and deletion
Hike records, GPX routes, and offline maps remain on the device until the user deletes them in the app or uninstalls the app. MyHmap has no account system, so there is no separate online account-deletion process.
7. Children's privacy
MyHmap is a general hiking utility, is not directed primarily at children, and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
8. Data security
External service connections use HTTPS. Offline-map loading uses an internal device loopback connection. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so users should protect their device and exported track files.
9. Safety notice
Phone location, battery, network access, and map data can fail. MyHmap does not replace an official hiking map, offline backup, trip safety contact, or emergency communication equipment.
10. Changes and contact
